Real Estate 2025 'Atlas' anniversary tour: Presale info, dates, venues, and more explored

Real Estate is officially hitting the road this fall. The New Jersey-based indie rock outfit is set to celebrate a milestone: the 11-year and 7-month anniversary of their beloved 2014 album Atlas.

The newly announced A Celebration of Atlas tour will span 12 dates across the U.S. and Canada. It is set to kick off on September 10, 2025, in Los Angeles and wrap up on October 11, 2025, in Boston.

This special anniversary tour will see Real Estate performing most of Atlas, along with deeper cuts from that era and some fan favorites from other albums.

Real Estate shared the trek announcement via their official Instagram page. The post read:

"Atlas was a pretty big record for us, and chances are if you are reading this, it's a pretty big record for you too. Nobody ever said, 'I love Real Estate, but I hate their third LP, 'Atlas'. And if they did say that, they never said it anywhere around us - and we read everything you guys write on the internet; some of it can get pretty weird. And so, on this momentous occasion, we will be bringing A CELEBRATION OF ATLAS to a city near you, to honor its 11 year and 7 month anniversary."

The post continued:

"We will be playing almost the entire album in its entirety (basically) and other lesser known tunes from the Atlas era. We'll also be playing a selection of our greatest hits, because we know you love those too. Please come and celebrate with us - we can't wait to see you."

Real Estate concluded the post, stating:

"Presale begins Wednesday at 10am local and general on sale this Friday at 10 am local. Sign up to get the code at realestatetheband.com (link in bio)."

Real Estate was formed in Ridgewood, New Jersey. The group emerged in the late 2000s in the dream pop and jangle-pop scene. The band is led by vocalist and guitarist Martin Courtney. Their third album, Atlas, was released in March 2014.
