The biggest moment of the night happened before the first song even began. Liam and Noel Gallagher came out on the stage holding hands. This was a big thing. There have been a lot of fights between the brothers. Their final performance together was way back in 2009 and ever since that time they have tended to avoid each other.

The fans hailed on seeing the two reunite. There were cries amongst some of the people in the crowd. It was an indication that the past could be over with them. They joked during the show. Noel grinned because of the sayings of Liam and Liam referred to Noel saying our kid like of the old times. It took an air of specialness to the entire night.

Oasis performed a complete repertoire of songs they were most popular in. They featured such hits as Live Forever, Wonderwall, Some Might Say, Don Look Back in Anger and Champagne Supernova. Oasis fans were familiar with all the words and sang the whole way through.

During the songs, footage as well as photos of the 90s were also displayed by the band. These imageries were what made the performance seem like a time travel. Bosses were noisy and energetic. A lot of Oasis fans claimed that it was like a homecoming and everyone was one together with the music.

Touching visual tributes to Manchester and family

During songs like “Fade Away” and “Stand by Me,” big screens showed old photos of the Gallagher brothers. There were pictures of them as kids, with their family, and growing up in Manchester. These photos reminded fans where the band came from.

They also showed symbols from Manchester, like the “buzzing bumblebee,” which became a symbol of unity after the 2017 bombing. The crowd cheered loudly during these moments. It showed how much their fans care not just about the music, but about their story too.

Emotional onstage dedications

Liam and Noel both made personal dedications during the show. Liam dedicated “Rock ’n’ Roll Star” to Ozzy Osbourne, who had recently passed away. As the band played, a photo of Ozzy appeared on the screen behind them. The crowd stood quietly at first, then clapped as the song ended.

Noel made a different kind of tribute. Before singing “Don’t Look Back in Anger,” he talked about a bar he loved that had burned down. He joked about it, but also said it made him think about how people move on from hard times. The song became more meaningful because of what he said.

Liam’s classic antics and the brothers’ banter

Liam was his usual self on stage. Before singing “Some Might Say,” he made the sign of the cross and said, “Bless us all.” He also teased the crowd when a fight broke out, saying, “Sort it out… Fighting at this time of day? At least wait until it gets dark.”

The fans laughed, and even Noel shook his head with a smile. This kind of back-and-forth is part of what makes Oasis shows feel different. Liam and Noel have always had a strange bond. Seeing them joke and talk during the show made it feel like they had found some peace at least for now.
