Fans of Kid Laroi and Jungkook are thrilled, as it has been confirmed that another collaboration between the two artists is possible. In a recent interview, Kid Laroi talked about his past collaboration with Jungkook, giving insights into the BTS maknae's diligence in making music and expressing he would love to work with the idol again.
@thekidlaroi on X shared a clip from the interview with the caption:
“Laroi sharing a memory about Jung Kook & their song together “TOO MUCH” When asked if Laroi would collaborate with Jung Kook again, Laroi said, “Yeah, of course, I totally would. Call me”
“By the time the video shoot came around, JK actually was re-recording the hook at the video shoot. So we were like working off a demo basically, and then he kinda like recorded the hook in one of the rehearsal rooms at the studio, which is pretty cool, and we all have to be there. It was cool seeing him do his thing,” Kid Laroi said in the clip.
When asked if he would like to work with JK again, the 21-year-old Australian singer responded:
“Yeah, of course, I totally would. He should call me.”

Kid Laroi and JK collaborated on the fourth single of Laroi’s debut studio album, The Last Time (2023). The single titled “Too Much” also featured British rapper Central Cee.
“Too Much w/ Jung Kook & Central Cee October 20th. Album in November — it’s finally time…,” Laroi wrote in a brief press release announcing the single.
Released on October 20, 2023, “Too Much” debuted at number 10 on the UK Singles Chart and number 10 on Billboard's Global Excl. US Chart. The song peaked at number 44 on the US Billboard Hot 100, number 15 on Billboard Pop Airplay, and 13 on Billboard Rhythmic. It also peaked at an impressive number two on the Australia Hip Hop/R&B chart. “Too Much” was certified gold in Canada.
Kid Laroi’s “Too Much” talks about his previous relationships that have led to regrets. Kid Laroi and JK sing in the pre-chorus:
