The newest celebrity name to have been mentioned in relation to the ongoing Diddy sex trafficking case is Ben Affleck. There is a rumor going around that Ben Affleck recently stood on the stand to testify against the rap mogul. As a result of his testimony, police have issued an arrest warrant for Jennifer Lopez. The source of this rumor can be traced to a YouTube channel called Elite Vault.
Elite Vault posted a video on YouTube on June 5, 2025. The 18:50-minute-long video of Ben Affleck "testifying" against Diddy in court has garnered over 152,263 views at the time of writing. Many viewers have also poured in their thoughts in the comment section. The video is titled:
"Judge Issues Arrest Warrant for Jennifer Lopez After Shocking Ben Affleck Testimony in Diddy Trial"
However, the video is not real, and the rumors are false. Ben Affleck did not testify at Diddy's ongoing trial, and J.Lo did not have an arrest warrant issued for her. So far, the A-listers who have testified at Sean Combs' trial are his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, Scott Mescudi a.k.a. Kid Cudi, and Dawn Richard. The other witnesses include Ventura's mother, his former colleagues, and associates.
Rumors of Ben Affleck testifying in Diddy's ongoing sex trial proven false
As mentioned, the origin of the rumor was traced to a YouTube channel by the name Elite Vault. According to the video, Affleck asked the court to give Diddy a death sentence. As a result, Lopez panicked and tried to flee on a private jet. So far, the prosecutors have not mentioned Affleck in the witness list.
On the other hand, Jennifer Lopez is known to have attended Diddy's parties in the past. But so far, the singer has not been connected to the case in any way. She is not on the witness list either.
Another reason why the rumor is considered fake is because of the disclaimer mentioned in the description box of the video. It reads:
"The stories presented on this channel are entirely fictional and crafted solely for entertainment. Any resemblance to real events, individuals, or situations is purely coincidental and unintentional. These narratives are not intended to depict, reference, or represent any actual occurrences, persons, or entities."
Additionally, not only is the video fictional, but the bio on Elite Vault also states:
"All content on this channel is purely fictional and created for entertainment purposes only. Any similarities to real-life events are purely coincidental. Viewer discretion is advised. We hope you enjoy the journey!"
Those who are watching the Diddy sex trafficking trial updates from this channel should take it with a pinch of salt. Many of the videos may have certain resemblances to real-life news. However, the majority of them may not be true.
Sean Combs's sex trafficking trial has been going on for four weeks. On June 5, 2025, Cassie's friend Bryana Bongolan and an anonymous witness by the pseudonym "Jane" testified in court against the rapper.
Jane revealed that she felt obligated to participate in the "freak-offs" because Diddy paid her rent and fulfilled her other financial needs. As for Bongolan, she testified that Combs dangled her off of Cassie's apartment in Los Angeles.
