Téa Leoni and Tim Daly are now husband and wife. Leoni’s representative reportedly confirmed the news to multiple media outlets on July 14, 2025.
The actors who were onscreen spouses on the political show Madam Secretary exchanged marital vows. They tied the knot at a private ceremony in New York, and close relatives, friends, and their kids were in attendance.
Leoni and Dani, before their marriage, had been dating for over a decade. According to People, they got together during the summer of 2014 while filming the Madam Secretary series, but kept their relationship private until December that year.

The Hollywood actors began dating in the summer of 2014 after meeting on the Madam Secretary show. Speaking about the couple’s private relationship, their Madam Secretary costar Geoffrey Arend told People that the cast of the comedy show weren't aware of the couple’s relationship during its early stages:
"I heard a rumour about it, and everyone was like, 'No, no way!' And I'm like, 'Maybe. "Nobody really knew. You don't want to go to your boss and be like, 'Hey, so who are you dating?' So now I think we're all really protective,"
The actor approved of the relationship, stating that Tim was a great guy and the couple were good together:
"He couldn't be a nicer guy. Tim's the best — they're really good together."
Téa Leoni attended Daly’s performance at the Dorset Theatre during the Fourth of July weekend. They first appeared at the White House Correspondents' dinner in April 2015. They sat together and posed for group photos with veteran journalist Bob Schieffer and Madeleine Albright, former Secretary of State.
Téa Leoni got married to David Duchovny in 1997 and was divorced from the latter in 2011. She shares two kids with Duchovny. The couple had a brief split in 2008. Before that, she married Neil Joseph Tardio Jr. from 1991 to 1995.
Daly was married to Amy Van Nostrand from 1982 to 2010. They share two kids Sam and Evelyn who appeared on the Madam Secretary show.
