Fans react as Dezz nearly loses it when Lacy and his cameraman walk past him at Streamer Prom

The recently held Streamer Prom, which took place in early June 2025, continues to be a major talking point amongst fans, with stills from the event still going viral on social media. One of the many moments that caught widespread attention was the altercation between streamers Dezz and Lacy, which unfolded in front of hundreds of viewers.

The matter became intense when Dezz invited Lacy and his cameraman to join his live stream, but the two walked passed by him without acknowledgment. This perceived snub led him to go on a furious outburst that was filmed in real-time and streamed online. Dezz unleashed a foul-mouthed tirade in which he said:

"That's how they get punched. They gonna slap you and slap him. Both of them. Don't let these n***s run over you. F*** them n***as"

Lacy's cameraman, for his part, has now come forward to address the controversy. He stated:

"[...]We were literally just trying to grab Jason & leave before our party bus left us. Lacy & me had no purposeful intent on walking in front of the camera. I apologized as we were walking away. So many people walked in front of our camera, we didn't complain once. Simply just didn't see it"

While the incident caught fire on social media, neither Dezz nor Lacy has come forward to address the matter in the aftermath of the incident. Despite a few hiccups along the way, Streamer Prom ended up being a huge success, and the event even crowned Tee Tee and Aries as the inaugural Prom King and Queen. With the buzz surrounding the event, the success and popularity of Streamer Prom are likely to inspire similar events in the future.
