From Hotel Nights to assault: All the allegations and evidence shared by Diddy's ex-girlfriend Jane so far

This is the fifth week of Diddy's federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial. One of the ex-girlfriends of Diddy, or Sean Combs, who is testifying under the pseudonym Jane, took the stand on Thursday, June 5, 2025. Her testimony has continued, with the prosecutors and the defense team examining her statements.

In her testimony, Jane spoke of drug-fueled hotel nights, physical and emotional abuse, and threats she allegedly endured from Combs during their relationship.

Combs is facing criminal charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

Jane's testimony began on Thursday last week and she described to the court the 'hotel night' also known as the 'freak-offs,' she went through. She told the court that her relationship with Combs began in 2021 and in May that year their relationship had taken a turn.

She said it was during that time Combs allegedly revealed his sexual fantasies, which involved sexual encounters with male escorts. She said that she initially agreed to it to please Combs. However, she didn't know that from there on these encounters would become a regular thing. Per The Guardian, she said:

''That night really opened a Pandora’s box for our relationship. It set the tone for our relationship going forward … It was a door that I was unable to shut.''

Jane testified in the court saying that Combs would allegedly direct the male escorts to perform the sexual acts and masturbate. She also claimed that she had told Combs multiple times that she didn't want to participate in the freak-offs, but he would dismiss her.

She also claimed that Combs would threaten her to stop paying her rent. Jane also read texts from 2023 where she was voicing her unwillingness with the sexual encounters and telling Combs that she wanted to talk and resolve things, but Combs wouldn't listen.

During her testimony, Jane discussed a series of text messages with Diddy from 2021, that showed that she was engaging in flirty and fantasy-driven conversations, which she said she did to please Diddy. These conversations also involved sexual encounters with male escorts. She said that Diddy would offer her the option of group sex rather than one-on-one intimacy, and she said she agreed to it because she was in love with him and wanted to please him, as reported by Sky News.

Jane also testified that Combs gave her $150,000 during their three-year relationship and also claimed that he had nicknamed her "crack pipe," as he had fun with her. She admitted that she had transported drugs for him and said that she had noticed symptoms of addiction in him early on. She also spoke about the jealousy she felt, as Combs was giving "other women" the "quality time she wanted," per BBC.

Jane's testimony is expected to continue in the coming weeks. Previously, high-profile celebrities including Cassie Ventura, Kid Cudi, and many of Combs former associates have given their testimony in Combs' ongoing trial.
