Singer Dua Lipa is turning 30 on August 22, but the birthday celebrations have been all week long. The Levitating singer seemingly kicked off the party on August 18, when she posted a carousel of pictures on Instagram. Striking multiple poses in a custom Giuliano Calza, Dua (@dualipa) looked like the life of the party and noted that she might have to keep a "cake tally" days before her birthday.
According to Page Six, Dua hosted multiple parties in Ibiza, along with her fiancé Callum Turner, friends, and family. The singer appeared to have a laid-back birthday eve with her fiancé and baby turtles. She posted a series of pictures (@dualipa) relaxing and sipping on coconut water as she rang in the last day of her 29th year.
Writers Ian Redpath & Jeremy Chopra also took to their social (@allontheboard) to pen down a message for Dua's birthday, paying homage to her track names.
Birthday wishes pour in as Dua Lipa celebrates her 30th birthday
Dua Lipa's family members, including her father, Dukagjin Lipa, posted a heartwarming wish for her birthday. He wrote,
"From the moment you entered my life, you filled it with joy, pride and purpose. Watching you grow into such a strong, kind and successful person has been the greatest privilege of my life. Your journey, achievements and the way you carry yourself with dignity and determination inspire me every day."
He added a piece of advice as she turns a new "chapter" in her life, and added,
"Remember that life is not just about what you accomplish, but about the happiness, love, and meaning you create along the way."
Other members of her family, including her mother, Anesa Lipa, and sister, Rina Lipa, poured wishes for the One Kiss singer's birthday.
In other news, Dua Lipa's hit single, Levitating, crossed 1 billion views on YouTube, adding to the celebrations. While it is unclear if Dua Lipa is still in Ibiza, her week appeared to start with parties and ended on a relaxing note.
