Alongside, he also uploaded an Instagram post in collaboration with Hey Dude on October 20, where the singer was seen slimmer than in his previous photos and videos. His transformation is being loved by fans, with them showing support for him.

The singers' Australia shows will start on October 24 and will run till November 6. He will be performing in Boondall, Melbourne, Sunshine Coast, Newcastle, Perth, Sydney, Townsville, and Adelaide.

Jelly Roll shares his transformation goal

In a 2024 episode of the Dumb Blonde Podcast, Jelly Roll opened up about his weight loss transformation goal, saying:

"I wanna be on the cover of Men's Health by March of 2026. That's my new goal. I wanna have one of the biggest transformations."

Jason Bradley DeFord started his weight loss journey three years ago in 2022. Two years into his transformation journey, he revealed losing 110 lbs to People. Speaking of it, he shared:

"It’s cool because there was once a time in life that the culture I built on tour was the opposite. It revolved around alcohol and drugs. And now our tour culture is around good eating and around exercising and doing emotional check-ins with our crew every day."

Along with taking a 5K training, he also revealed doing the following:

"20 to 30 minutes in the sauna, six minutes in a cold plunge every day"

While he has been very open about his journey and the methods and ways he has adopted to bring a change in his transformation, in the Dumb Blonde episode, while talking about Ozempic, he said:

"Every doctor I've talked to is for it. They said it helps. I just was afraid of it. As a singer, few things scare me more than acid reflux. Like, you'll watch me get up out of a bed, I'll burp and wake up panicked, and go take something for it. You know? Because that stuff will just rip the vocal cords."

Although he didn’t use Ozempic, Jelly Roll said anyone who finds it helpful can surely try it.

Earlier this year, in March, Jelly Roll revealed details about his diet, sharing that he only eats two meals a day while on tour. His meals include a healthy breakfast bowl and a protein poutine that is completely dairy-free. His chef, Larios, also revealed a snack the rapper loves to have, which is a peanut butter dough cookie bite.
