Influencer Andrew Tate’s former partner, Bri Stern, raised some allegations against him. According to an exclusive report by TMZ, published on November 26, Tate allegedly filed a fabricated police report against Stern in Dubai. She reportedly had to stay back in the city for a month due to this.

As per her statement, Tate reached out to the police in June 2025 and lodged a report against her. In it, he claimed that she had maligned his name. He alleged that she even posted false statements against him. Now, the TMZ report states that such kind of acts are not permissible as per U.A.E. laws.

Being a frequent traveller to Dubai, Bri Stern went to the city in September 2025. However, as soon as she landed, officials informed her about the investigation. She was even imposed a travel restriction. The media outlet notes that officials showed her X posts in which she allegedly backlashed at Andrew Tate. However, in Stern’s opinion, those posts were fake.

Stern’s cellphone was taken away from her, and an investigation continued for almost six weeks. During that time, she was not allowed to return to America. As per her statement, officials at the U.S. Embassy also couldn’t help her out in the matter. She said that she was also getting messages on social media claiming:

“Tate's gonna get you.”

Bri Stern already had a restraining order against Andrew Tate. On November 26, she filed a lawsuit against Andrew Tate with the help of Tony Buzbee. Amidst the fiasco, she returned to Los Angeles sometime last week.

Looking back at Bri Stern’s previous statement about Andrew Tate

Earlier this year, Bri Stern filed a lawsuit against Andrew Tate, claiming a violent attitude towards her. As per TMZ, she shared private details about her relationship with Tate. Once when they were having a personal moment, Tate became aggressive. She said he tried to choke her. There were also claims that he tried to harm her fatally. During that time, she also shared a lengthy statement, writing:

“My name is Bri Stern. I'm from Los Angeles California. I met Andrew Tate in the summer of 2024 and we were in a relationship for almost a year. We met because he needed models for his crypto coin, and I needed lessons on crypto to save my coin $SISTER. We spent as much time together as we could, but when we weren't physically together, we were in communication all day, every day.”

Sharing an incident at a hotel, she wrote:

“The last time I saw Andrew was on March 11, 2025 at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The last words he said to me before I left the hotel were: ‘Shut the f**k up, b***h. You will never backtalk me. You are my property.’”

Bri Stern said that she would not share the details of her relationship with Andrew Tate in public. She knew that he and his supporters might say rude things about her, but she didn’t mind because she believed she was telling the truth. She added that she wouldn’t say anything else about him besides what her lawyer already explained in her lawsuit, and she felt that those statements were enough.
