Darren “IShowSpeed” Watkins Jr. raced Ashton Hall four times during his recent YouTube livestream. The YouTuber, who often shows off his athletic talent during his IRL streams, outran the viral “morning routine” influencer in all four races.

Ashton was seemingly keen on challenging Speed multiple times before eventually giving up. However, immediately after sitting in his car, the social media star acknowledged Watkins’ superiority in foot racing. While speaking to his followers on Kick, Ashton Hall said,

“You win some, you lose some bro, you know what I’m saying? So, he beat me fair and square, he did. And I did ask to run it back, that’s what I am always gonna do.”

Hall added,

“Turns out bro beat me clearly four times fair and square. First time I slipped, second time he clearly beat me and I said, ‘bro, run it back.’ And he ran it back.”

He claimed that the third race with IShowSpeed was seemingly close, but he won every time. Ashton Hall commented on accepting the defeat gracefully and said,

“I have taken many Ls, a lot of them, tons of Ls, tons of losses. And the losses have always got me to where I wanna be, legit. ‘Cause all I do is go back at it and I keep training, you know what I’m saying? In this case, it’s a race. In this case, I’m not competing to be the world’s fastest man. But I train bro, so you know I got caught in the sauce.”

Ashton Hall shared that IShowSpeed called him out publicly, and he responded to the challenge. The influencer added that his viewers wanted to see him race, so he did. Hall also claimed that his foot was bleeding while also sharing that he “really wanted to beat” Watkins.

Ashton Hall claimed that he still felt good despite losing 0-4 against IShowSpeed

The former football player accepted his defeat against Darren Watkins Jr. during his recent stream on Kick. While talking to his followers, Hall asserted that he was not feeling bad despite the four consecutive losses. He claimed,

“My head is up, I feel good, you know what I’m saying? I honestly would’ve felt crazy, even if I did think I was gonna lose. I would've felt crazy if I didn’t race him.”

Hall claimed that he “would have felt crazy being scared to race.” Ashton claimed that he was not going to back down from the challenge. He also remarked that one should “take the L like a man” if they lose. The content creator also explained that when he was being competitive against IShowSpeed, even after losing in the footrace multiple times,

“I wanted another race. If he would’ve just beat me and walked away and left, fair and square, when I’m talking to y’all, I take the L, 100%. But of course, I’m gonna get in his ear, trying to get in his head. Imma ragebait him, so he can line it up again. That’s it. ‘Cause I wanted another race.”

Although he didn’t want to lose, Ashton Hall claimed that he was not feeling bad at all. He gave the examples of stars like Kobe Bryant and Stephen Curry and told his viewers that he “will keep pushing.”

Hall also acknowledged that IShowSpeed is fast and again admitted that he lost “fair and square.” When someone on Ashton's team informed him that Watkins was watching his stream, he addressed the streamer to express his appreciation.

On the other hand, IShowSpeed mocked Hall on his YouTube stream by jokingly calling him “Ashton Fraud.” Later, during a video call with Kai Cenat, he mentioned that Ashton would easily beat an average person. He further dissed Kai to his face by calling him a “leprechaun” when it comes to running.
