“Man that was in a public relationship”: Ex-girlfriend Jane claimed Sean Combs and Yung Miami were in open relationship

Sean Combs’s ex-girlfriend, who provided testimony for three days, appeared on Day 20 for cross-examination. According to CNN News, one of Sean’s girlfriends—who was allowed by the court to appear under the pseudonym ‘Jane’—took to the stand, with Teny Geragos set to lead the questioning.

In a new update shared by news outlets, including CNN and NBC, ‘Jane’ claimed that Sean Combs and Yung Miami were in a polyamorous relationship. She described him as her “baby” and noted that the decisions she made at the time were due to “emotional manipulation.” She revealed that “six months” into their relationship, Combs started spending time with Yung Miami. She said,

"I didn’t sign up to date a man that was in a public relationship."

She explained that while Combs and Miami had a public relationship—reportedly sharing about each other on social media—what she had with Combs was kept “private.”

What new claims has 'Jane' made about Sean Combs on Day 20 of the trial?

'Jane' reportedly dated Sean Combs between 2021 and 2024, per NBC News. On Day 20, when Geragos asked about her relationship with Combs, she noted that he had revealed his preference for a “polyamorous” lifestyle. She acknowledged that she was initially okay with the arrangement until she started feeling more deeply for the rapper, per CNN. She said,

“I was feeling my man and wanted him to be mine."

After Sean Combs’s relationship with Yung Miami became public, ‘Jane’ revealed her discomfort and noted,

“It was definitely not something that I signed up for."

‘Jane’s testimony and questioning follow those of Cassie Ventura and Bryana Bongolan. She claimed that Combs’s public relationship with Yung Miami was not something she had been prepared for, whereas her relationship with him was kept private. She had previously revealed that the rapper had invested in her “dress line” and claimed that he wanted to “uplift” her.
