Political commentator and podcaster Candace Owens has disputed the role of Tyler Robinson in Charlie Kirk's murder. Robinson was charged with the TPUSA founder's murder and authorities even released the text message exchange between him and his roommate in which he seemingly admitted to killing Kirk. However, Candace Owens often rejected the official record and accused Robinson of not acting alone. On Tuesday, former Disney star Caroline Sunshine shared a clip of her interview on Fox News. In this interview, Sunshine was discussing Candace Owens' claims and supported her suspicion related to Kirk's murder. While sharing this clip, Sunshine wrote,"Candace Owens doesn’t believe Tyler Robinson killed Charlie Kirk. Okay, so what? She’s a private citizen with a podcast. Skepticism isn’t illegal. Think she’s only in it for clicks & views? Okay, turn it off and go touch grass. Trump was almost assassinated & we still don’t have answers there. Then Charlie Kirk gets murdered in broad daylight. People are coming off 4 years of the press & government gaslighting them that Biden was mentally fit. Then lies re: Covid, Epstein, Hunter Biden laptop, etc. I get why people are skeptical of the answers the government & mainstream media put in front of them. Trust is at an all-time low. Skepticism isn’t a threat. It’s a symptom of a sick society."A user commented on Sunshine's post and wrote,"Nobody, I know, believes Tyler Robinson did this. Since day one."Candace Owens reacted to this post and reaffirmed her position on Tyler Robinson. She wrote,"And yet it’s the most well-funded federal operation since JFK to convince the public not to believe their own eyes. Why? Likely because the same people who killed JFK killed Charlie."Candace Owens' previous claims related to Tyler RobinsonCandace Owens @RealCandaceOLINK🚨You honestly cannot make this up… Footage of Tyler Robinson turning himself into police does not exist. The footage simply does not exist anymore or…maybe it never existed in the first place. You decide!Candace Owens has raised doubts about the role of Tyler Robinson since he was charged. In her previous X posts and videos, the podcaster maintained that she believed Robinson was involved in Kirk's murder but wasn't alone. In her November 19 post, Owens shared an investigative report claiming that footage of Robinson turning himself in was not present with the authorities. Reacting to the report, she wrote,"You honestly cannot make this up… Footage of Tyler Robinson turning himself into police does not exist. The footage simply does not exist anymore or…maybe it never existed in the first place. You decide!"Robinson recently made his appearance in court. In several clips from the court hearing, he could be seen talking. Several media outlets attempted to decipher what Tyler Robinson was saying in court with the help of lip readers. Owens blasted media publications and wrote,"Wanted to let you guys know that the Tyler Robinson lip-reading is complete and utter fiction... It shouldn’t require reporters to write fan-fiction to secure a conviction against Tyler Robinson. We just need to see some of that “overwhelming evidence” that the prosecution and TPUSA has been teasing. I maintain that I believe Tyler Robinson WAS involved on 9/10— but I do not believe he pulled the trigger to kill Charlie, and I am therefore certain he could not have acted alone."In the Tuesday episode of her show, Candace Owens opened up about her meeting with Erika Kirk. In this episode, Owens mentioned that a team of lawyers at Turning Point tried to convince her that Tyler Robinson was the only one who killed Kirk. However, she said that she doubted whether there was any truth in it.
