President Donald Trump’s animated puppet will now be seen at Walt Disney World’s Hall of Presidents theatre situated at Liberty Square. The museum was closed for around five months due to refurbishment work but has reportedly been reopened on June 29, 2025.
He will be at the centre of the stage, surrounded by the other Presidents. As per a press release, Disney shared a statement, writing:
“Watch the curtain rise to reveal startlingly realistic Audio-Animatronics replicas of every President of the United States—together for the very first time. Hear a speech delivered by George Washington and a recorded performance of the oath of office by President Donald Trump.”
The animated model of Trump will reportedly narrate the Presidential oath of office. This is not the first time he has been seen at the Hall of Presidents. During his first term in 2017, the museum had to be closed for a while to include his animatronic.
Walt Disney World shared a video of the reopening ceremony on YouTube. As seen in it, a voiceover narrates:
“This program is dedicated to the memory of Walt Disney. In 1971 his love for America inspired the creation of the Hall of Presidents, a place to celebrate the optimism and goodwill he saw at the heart of the American story. Walt's vision was to honor the nation by honoring the American presidency.”

The animatronics of all the Presidents at the Hall of Presidents were shown to the audience with the voiceover introducing them. As President Trump’s turn arrived, the person said:
“And now we come to the present. Once again, we place our trust in the idea of a President as we have from the beginning.”
Trump’s animated puppet then recited the Presidential oath of office, stating that he would carry out the duties of the President of the United States and do his best to guard the Constitution, with God's help. The voiceover went on:
“The presidency of the United States is a role unique in the world, an office entrusted to each president by us, we the people. Therein lies the genius of that new idea now over 200 years old a new idea our Presidents have turned into a great American idea again and again.”
In 2017, the Trump figure at the Hall of Presidents said:
“Above all, to be American is to be an optimist, to believe that we can always do better, and that the best days of our great nation are still ahead of us.”
Also, at that time, Walt Disney World released a statement, explaining that they coordinated with the current White House to confirm that President Trump's recording session had been arranged. It also clarified that, contrary to some media claims, he would have a speaking part.
The President had been critical of Disney in the past. On May 29, 2023, he shared a Truth Social post, criticising Disney, saying it had changed in a way that many people disliked and needed to return to how it used to be. He blamed Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for not addressing the issue earlier and suggested it could still be fixed.
