Diddy's son, Christian Combs, stepped into the spotlight at his father's sentencing and poured his heart out for the embattled hip-hop mogul.
On Friday, Oct. 3, following the judgment of 50 months imprisonment, Sean "Diddy" Combs' son took the podium for a deep emotional plea.
“I am the one who most resembled my pops, my mannerism. My whole life I studied my dad up and down. He is the greatest man in the world, my superhero."
Christian Combs added:
"He told me to treat women like a queen and I do. I see in his eyes, as his twin, that he has changed. Please let my father out.”
Apart from Christian, his siblings also stepped onto the podium to deliver a plea to the judges. Jessie said:
"When my mother died, I was just a little girl trying to understand a loss way too big for words. I remember my dad sitting us down that day, holding us close, even though his own heart was breaking and promising that he would always be there to keep us safe, that he would always walk beside us in life."
Quincy Brown spoke:
"This is our father. We will love him unconditionally. My father has learned a major lesson."
Chance Combs then took the stand:
"With our dad incarcerated, we have all felt a huge emptiness in our lives. He shares the ways he is working on being a better man and a more patient father."

Chance also brought up their youngest sibling, Love, who was born in 2022. Diddy's daughter expressed that the baby needs a father to tuck her in at night.
D'Lila echoed the statements, saying:
"We cannot watch our baby sister grow up fatherless. ... These are the years she will never get back, these are the memories she will never have."
She went on:
"Please, your honor, please give us the chance to rebuild together."
Diddy breaks down as he asks judge for leniency
Post-sentencing, Diddy also spoke to the federal judge in a plea for mercy. He addressed his victims and his family in a tearful statement, saying:
"I got lost in the journey of life. I got lost in excess. I got lost in my ego. Because of my decisions, I lost my freedom. I've totally destroyed my reputation. I've been humbled and broken down. I hate myself right now. I've been stripped down to nothing."
The rapper's mother, Janice, was seated in the courtroom gallery when Diddy broke down in tears as he said:
"My mother taught me better. My faith taught me better."
Diddy also apologized to Cassie Ventura, his former girlfriend, who accused him of physical abuse and s*x trafficking.
"I personally apologize to Cassie Ventura for any harm I've caused to her emotionally or physically. I don't take that lightly."
He added:
"I didn't mean to hurt you. I'm sorry I brought you into my mess."
