Who is Melimtx? TikToker claims soccer player Vinicius Junior slid into her DMs

Melissa “Melimtx” M, a fashion influencer/TikToker, recently claimed that Vinicius Junior slid into her DMs. The social media star showed her text message exchange with the star footballer during a recent IRL stream on Kick. Melimtx read the conversation aloud for her viewers.

“So, the conversation was like. It was, ‘What are you doing today?’ I told him, ‘ I just came back from the stadium. I’m going home now, and I don’t know what I will do yet and you?’ I said that, okay?”

Melissa showed her and Vinicius Junior’s messages to her livestream viewers, claiming that he invited her to his residence. The streamer declined the offer but wished him good luck for the Golden Ball (Ballon d'Or), concluding their conversation. She added,

“I was like, who does he think I am? [...] You think, because you are a football player, I’m gonna come to your house like that? [laughs]”

For those unaware, Melimtx, 22, is famous on TikTok and Instagram, with over 2.9M and 3.5M followers on both platforms, respectively. She is of Albanian and Bosnian descent and is a model for Fashion Nova. According to her Instagram bio, Melissa M is also the founder of FitbyOcee, a fitness apparel brand.

Besides her TikTok and Instagram accounts, Melimtx is also a Kick streamer with 3.7 followers as of June 24, 2025. She primarily hosts IRL livestreams while engaging with her viewers.

Melimtx revealed that she got text messages from Karim Benzema, Vinicius Junior, and Rafael Leão

Melissa M was interacting with her viewers during one of her latest IRL streams, answering various questions. In the chat, one of the followers asked the streamer to “expose the celebrity DMs” she receives. The influencer revealed that she gets many random direct messages on Instagram but avoids replying. She said,

“You know, what’s so funny is that I don’t answer to anyone. Wait, I’m gonna show you some.”

Melissa M. seemingly scrolled through her Instagram DMs and added,

“Wait, the last one. That was, like, super random. Like, super, super random. Let me see if it’s still here because then they get mad [after not getting any replies] and delete them.”

She revealed that it was none other than Karim Benzema who dropped a message but never deleted it.

“Yeah, it’s Benzema texting me ‘Hola.’ [giggles] And I never answered, and he didn’t delete it. Like, you can see.”

She continued,

“This was super random ‘cause, like, why would he text me? Like, it makes no sense.”

Melissa further commented on receiving the random DMs from the football players.

“It’s been Real Madrid players. I mean, old players or real, like, actual players, like you know. I’m like, I love the team, so it’s a bit awkward that you text me because now I’m not gonna like you anymore.”

She then went on to mention Vinicius Junior texting her. Melimtx claimed that the soccer player “always deletes the messages,” as she added,

“Like now, it looks like I’m the one who texted him last. It’s not true.”

Melissa then recounted her conversation with the Real Madrid star. As mentioned, the influencer claimed that Vinicius Junior invited her to his place, but she declined. Melimtx stated that “humbling them is amazing” while referring to the rejected invite.

However, Melissa asserted again that she rarely responds to anyone and doesn’t have “a lot of funny conversations.” After being asked by another viewer, she also showed her Instagram DMs with Rafael Leão. Melimtx claimed that the Portuguese player texted her two years back.

When called out by someone in the chat about leaking the private messages, she claimed, “We don’t care.” Melissa M further added that the football players have “millions of messages leaked everywhere," and they seemingly also don’t care.
