Yung Filly, a popular YouTuber and musician, is facing serious legal issues in Australia. His real name is Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos. He is known for his work with the Beta Squad, music with Chunkz, and UK television appearances.

In September 2024, a woman accused him of sexual assault in Perth, Australia. He was charged with multiple crimes, including sexual penetration without consent and assault. In March 2025, he pleaded not guilty to the original charges.

On June 13, 2025, two new charges were added. These new charges increased public attention on the case. He is also under investigation in Spain for a separate alleged incident.

As reported by The Economic Times on June 13, 2025, the main case comes from an alleged incident on September 28, 2024. It happened in Perth, Western Australia. A woman in her 20s told police that she was assaulted in Yung Filly’s hotel room after one of his shows.

He was first charged with four counts of sexual penetration without consent. He also faces three counts of assault causing bodily harm and one count of strangulation. He pleaded not guilty to all original charges in March 2025.

On June 13, 2025, two more counts of sexual penetration without consent were added. Prosecutors say they have CCTV and photo evidence. They claim the evidence shows signs of force and lack of consent.

While on bail, he also had a driving offense. He was caught speeding at 158 km/h in a 100 km/h zone. He pleaded guilty and received a six-month driving ban.

According to BBC News on June 13, 2025, yes, there is a separate investigation in Spain. In March 2025, a British tourist said she was assaulted by Yung Filly in Magaluf, Majorca. She made the report to police in the UK, who then contacted Spanish authorities.

Spanish police are now looking into the case. So far, no charges have been filed. The investigation is ongoing, and there is no set timeline for when it will be completed.

If Spanish police find strong evidence, he could face more legal trouble. For now, that case remains open and under review.
