Antonio Brown goes on an unhinged social media rant as police hunt NFL player for shooting at Adin Ross' event

Ex-NFL star Antonio Brown has once more stirred a commotion on social media by posting a series of expletive-laden tweets. His recent social media outburst, which is marked by a slew of cryptic and provocative messages, has been making the rounds on social media, particularly since it coincides with reports of him being pursued by police over his involvement in a shooting incident at an event hosted by Adin Ross.

Antonio Brown was earlier involved in a violent incident in which he allegedly discharged a handgun into the sky when somebody attempted to nab his chain. Police have now issued an arrest warrant for him and filed a case against him for attempted murder with a firearm, after the shooting was confirmed by several witnesses. The charges also include a bond of 10,000 dollars.

Although the police have yet to get hold of Brown, the fact that he is facing legal actions doesn't seem to have deterred him from making controversial remarks on social media. These include posts from Antonio insinuating that he had an affair with California Governor Gavin Newsom's wife, while in another post, he seems to be taking a shot at his detractors in a cuss-filled rant.

Post his NFL retirement, Antonio Brown's off-field issues have significantly tarnished the achievements of his playing career. The latest controversy is another in a string of them surrounding Brown recently, and dozens of fans have expressed concern for his well-being on social media.

According to the Washington Post, police have tried contacting Antonio Brown several times over the past 24 hours but were not able to contact him. Another point to be made is that, rather than collaborating with the agencies, Brown has doubled down on his public persona, using social media platforms to broadcast his thoughts and lash out at his perceived adversaries.

When the incident first came to light in the public domain, it was reported that Antonio Brown had been taken into custody for his alleged involvement in the shooting incident, with evidence found later at the scene backing up the claims of the spectators who witnessed the event.

Quite contrary to the official results of the investigation, however, is the version of events provided by Brown, since he has adamantly refused his role in the shooting. He said the following in a statement released in the aftermath of the incident:

"Contrary to some video circulating, Police temporarily detained me until they received my side of the story and then released me. I WENT HOME THAT NIGHT AND WAS NOT ARRESTED"

This incident is another in a long list of problems Antonio Brown has faced since he left the NFL, including previous domestic violence charges and child support payment issues. The pattern of controversial behavior has only intensified since his professional football career ended.

The release of a warrant demonstrates the seriousness of the allegations surrounding the former Antonio Brown, and the police seem to be on a quest to find him as soon as possible. Brown, on the other hand, is busy posting rants on social media. There is no need to stress the fact that he would have been better off working with the authorities at this important stage, and now we will have to wait and see how his latest antics fare in front of the jury.
