The testimony that Cassie gave on May 13, 2025, covered all the details of the freak-offs, physical and emotional damage she endured for over a decade. During the trial, Cassie told the court about how the freak-offs started early in their relationship.

It would typically involve Diddy hiring male escorts and ordering Cassie to get involved with them sexually while he would watch her perform for him, as per The Guardian. She also had claimed that:

"Sean controlled a lot of my life whether it was career, the way I dressed everything, everything. I just didn't have much say in it at the time."

Cassie also told the court about how Diddy would be obsessed with her appearance and had even suggested getting breast implants. She then also mentioned how Diddy would initially set up the freak-offs, but then wanted her to set them up. While talking about the freak-offs, Perez mentioned in the video:

“The term freak off came about but she recalled that Diddy proposed this s*xual encounter... where he would watch me in intercourse s*xual activity with another man..."

He then said that although Cassie gave in the first time, her willingness to participate quickly changed. Cassie had told the court that the freak-offs would last for two to four days with no sleep. She also said:
