Princess Charlotte is quite the sports enthusiast. During one of her recent outings with her father, Prince William, she was spotted at the women's Euro 2025 final soccer match. Princess Charlotte and her father were by the stands watching the match intently and from time to time, mirrored each other's reactions and gestures. They both celebrated when their team won against Spain via penalties.
Charlotte Elizabeth Diana wore a navy blue polka dot dress with ruffles for sleeves. While her father wore a dark colored suit, with a white shirt, and a blue, red, and white striped shirt.
In the photographs that were captured, the father and daughter were seen with similar reactions. William had his hands against his lips, watching in anticipation, while Charlotte was holding her face with both her hands. They were also seen happily discussing the match.
What message did Princess Charlotte ask Prince William to pass on to England's women’s football team?
Princess Charlotte is a huge fan of the Lionesses. After they scored the winning goal, Prince William took to Instagram to congratulate the women's team on their win. He wrote:
"What a game! You are the champions of Europe and we couldn’t be prouder of this whole team. Enjoy this moment"
But the young princess had her own message she wanted her father to share with the Lionesses. During previous visits, he has told them how good she is on the football pitch and called her a "budding star".

"Charlotte wanted me to tell you that she is really good at goal. She said, 'Please tell them that.'"

A few days before the final match of the women's Euro 2025 finals, the 10-year-old princess was spotted at the men’s final of the Wimbledon Championships on July 13, 2025. She attended the match with her parents, along with her older brother, Prince George.
Similar to her reactions at the soccer game, the princess was animated, and her excitement was clearly visible on her face through her expressions.
She wore a white dress with ruffles and a navy blue piping.
