Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, has concluded her four days of harrowing testimony after the first week of his s*x trafficking trial. Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, faces serious allegations in the ongoing case.
Cassandra Ventura Fine’s testimony concluded on May 16, 2025. The R&B singer, who is eight months pregnant, was in an on-again, off-again relationship with Diddy for 11 years. They started dating in 2007 and finally called it quits in 2018.

She filed a lawsuit against Diddy in November 2023, under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, accusing the 55-year-old rapper of s*xual assault and physical abuse, per People magazine.
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 on charges of s*x trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to a report in USA Today. During Diddy’s four-day trial, Ventura gave a detailed version of the years of alleged abuse, coercion, and humiliation she faced during her relationship with Diddy.
Here is a detailed version of her four-day testimony during Diddy’s trial.
An overview of what Cassie Ventura revealed during her four days at Diddy’s trial
On her first day during Diddy’s trial on May 13, 2025, Cassie Ventura provided a detailed and graphic testimony. She met him at the age of 19 while he was 17 years her senior and signed her onto his record label.
According to a report in the BBC, their relationship was romantic in the beginning, but after some time, Ventura noticed a “different” side to him. He allegedly began physically assaulting her. On one occasion, Diddy reportedly slashed her eyebrow as he threw her on the corner of a bed. It also included the viral video in which the rapper could be seen beating and dragging Ms Ventura in the hallway.
She testified that the incident took place when she tried to run away from a “freak-off”. She also told the court that she at first participated to make Diddy happy, but then it took a toll on her health. Ventura said that she contracted urinary tract infections and once even blacked out, waking up in the shower, a report in the BBC stated.

The second day of her testimony included further details and multiple accounts of physical and psychological abuse. Ventura testified that in 2018, when she was breaking up with Diddy, he r*ped her in his living room. She revealed that they had s*x one more time after the incident, and during that time, she was in a relationship with her now husband, Alex Fine.
He threatened to release the recordings of her s*xual encounters when he discovered her relationship with Kid Cudi. She also testified that he threatened to blow up Cudi’s car, according to a report in The Hollywood Reporter.
“I feared for my career. I feared for my family. It’s just embarrassing, all of it,” Ventura said. “It could ruin everything I worked for. Make me look like a slut.”
In her third testimony, Ventura revealed the extensive drug use during her and Diddy’s relationship. According to a report in the USA Today, she testified about an incident where Combs was hospitalized after overdosing on a potent opiate.
During her fourth testimony, after intense questioning from Diddy’s attorney Anna Estevao, Ventura revealed that she has a settlement for $10 million with the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, LA, a report in Deadline indicated.
This settlement allegedly relates to the 2016 incident where surveillance footage captured Combs assaulting Ventura in the hotel hallway. She said that the negotiations had concluded recently, though she had not yet received the funds.
Ventura’s emotional testimony ended on May 16, 2025. Her lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, read her statement at the end of her trial, which read:
"This week has been extremely challenging, but also remarkably empowering and healing for me. I hope that my testimony has given strength and a voice to other survivors, and can help others who have suffered to speak up and also heal from the abuse and fear."
Thanking her family and friends and her lawyers for their “unwavering support,” she concluded by saying:
"I'm glad to put this chapter of my life to rest. As I turn to focus on the conclusion of my pregnancy, I ask for privacy for me and for my growing family."
Although Ventura’s testimony has concluded, the trial continues. After wrapping up her testimony, she allegedly rejected the defense lawyers' suggestions that her accusations were financially motivated.
