Daniel Salgado was Yarely Ashley Hermosillo's husband. Hermosillo was a 27-year-old Arizona-based influencer who was killed during a road rage accident. According to reports, the accident happened on eastbound Camelback Road, where two people who were in the accident were talking. Yarely's was in the passenger seat in another car and was not even involved in the accident.
However, during a heated exchange, one of the individuals involved in the accident

The individual responsible for Hermosillo's death was identified as Jesus Preciado Dousten. He was charged with second-degree murder, endangerment, misconduct involving weapons, and aggravated assault.

Daniel Salgado on Yarely Ashley Hermosillo's homicide press conference
Daniel Salgado addressed the public during a press conference for his late wife, Yarely Ashley Hermosillo. He was surrounded by her mother, her sisters, as well as other family members.
He began by saying:
"Thank you for being here. It hurts to lose your other half, but when it happens in front of you and you can't do nothing, it's a different type of hurt."
He shared a few details about his late wife, saying:
"Yarely's life was just beginning. We just moved into our new apartment. Her social media career was beginning to take off, and that was taken from her. You asked anybody who knew Yarely, they would tell you she was a glue to the family. She was a jokester. She was that caring person you could call when you needed somebody to be with. She would drop everything just to be with you. And she was an amazing cook."
Daniel Salgado struggled to continue, breaking down into tears as he said:
"I feel for my son when he goes to sleep at night and he can't cuddle with her... When we go for a walk, he waits to see his mommy coming out of the house, as she always would."
He concluded by saying:
"Yarely. We miss you, and I pray you get the justice you deserve for this avoidable, malicious act."
Salgado also thanked the law enforcement, saying that despite the negative things that have been associated with officers, there are good people out there too.
