Jay-Z was one of the rappers whose name was dragged into Diddy's sex trafficking trial months ago. According to an unidentified woman going by Jane Doe, she accused Shawn Corey Carter of sexual assault. However, Jay-Z and his legal team have denied these "wildly horrific" accusations and even called them an "evil conspiracy" to ruin his name.

Jane Doe filed a lawsuit last year in October. She claimed that both Diddy and Carter were allegedly involved in violently r*ping her during an afterparty. The 55-year-old rapper countersued Jane Doe after his legal team spoke to her directly. She confessed that the entire story about Jay-Z was made up. She also revealed that her legal team pressured her to make the false accusations.

Jay-Z's legal team responds to Jane Doe's false accusations

After Jane Doe's lawsuit last October, Jay-Z and his legal team have come up with a new lawsuit. Before filing a new one, his legal team spoke directly to the unidentified woman, who confessed that the accusations were fake.

Now, Carter's new lawsuit states:

"Doe has now voluntarily admitted directly to representatives of Mr. Carter that the story brought before the world in court and on global television was just that: a false, malicious story."

It continued and revealed who was actually convinced her to make the false accusations against the Empire State of Mind rapper. The statement reads:

"She has admitted that Mr. Carter did not assault her; and that indeed it was Buzbee himself—whom she met for the first time at a coffee shop in Houston on the day of her maliciously false NBC News interview—who pushed her to go forward with the false narrative of the assault by Mr. Carter in order to leverage a maximum payday."

While Carter is not involved in this matter, his former friend, Sean Combs, is still in prison and awaiting his sentence for the two charges he was found guilty of. Although Diddy has tried to post bail, he has been unsuccessful after a few attempts.

Even though Jay-Z and Diddy were often seen together in the past at red carpet events and even at some of his parties, Carter was not involved in sexually assaulting the woman, as she claimed in her old lawsuit. The Run This Town rapper has decided to proceed and countersue Jane Doe for her wrongful allegations.
