Diddy's fifteenth day of federal sex trafficking trial turned dramatic when a woman heckler disrupted the court proceedings. The woman appeared to be a fan of Sean Combs and had yelled "Diddy" and several other profanities before the judge ordered that she be removed from the courtroom, as per People.

This week was the fourth week of the Combs trial. The court heard testimony this week from his former assistant, who testified under the pseudonym Mia, as well as Eddy Garcia, the former hotel security supervisor, among others.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs had been charged with federal felony charges including racketeering conspiracy, transportation for prostitution, and sex trafficking.

Why was a woman thrown out of the court during Diddy's trial

June 3, 2025, marked the fifteenth day of Diddy's trial, and just before the proceedings began, a woman was forcibly removed from the trial taking place in Manhattan.

As soon as the trail was about to start, the woman suddenly called out Diddy. She then proceeded to yell profanities, saying:

''These motherf—ers are laughing at you.''

She continued:

''You're laughing at a black man's legacy" and "pull your gun out ninja, I dare you.''

Throughout these moments in the courtroom, Combs remained calm and sat in his chair. Judge Arun Subramanian then ordered the women to be taken out of the court. This dramatic scene delayed the proceedings slightly.

Combs' high-profile trial has garnered significant attention from the public and also on social media. In the last couple of weeks, the court heard testimonies from celebrities including Combs, his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, singer and rapper Kid Cudi, and many of Diddy's former assistants. As per the reports, the atmosphere of the courtroom during trials is described as chaotic and tense.

As per New York Post, Eddy Gracia, who works at the private security at the InterContinental Hotel, testified on June 3, 2025. He told the tourt about how Combs and his chief of staff had hounded him and obtained the surveillance footage of the assault on Cassie Ventura.

He also told the court that Combs paid him $100,000 to obtain the footage and also that he signed a nondisclosure agreement with a $1 million breach penalty. For context, the surveillance footage discussed here is the one that was released by CNN on May 17, 2024. The footage dated back to March 2016, and it showed Combs hitting, dragging, shoving, and throwing a vase at his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in the hotel hallway.

The clip had become a significant piece of evidence in the case. Combs trial is expected to be continued in July. He faces five felony charges, and if convicted he could face life imprisonment.
