People talk about Superpan a lot," one of the White Spoons noted.They were talking about Seoul Mother. A fellow chef asked whether she was the one who taught cooking to celebrities. The Culinary Class Wars' chef shared more about his special dish:"It's made with just pork meat. That's it.....When the lid starts jiggling, I turn the heat off and let it rest. That will extract delicious broth."In his private confession, Dweji-Gomtang in NY noted that many individuals wondered how he was able to get such a flavor from pork. Culinary Class Wars' chef presented his dish, Dweji Gomtang to the judges.In the meantime, Seoul Mother shared more about her dish. She stated that Seoul-style set meal was made while hosting guests or to celebrate special occasions.Some White Chefs noted Seoul Mother working on her dish. They wondered what her dish was. Fellow participants noted how her ingredients weren't "that fancy." But they were "very simple." Soon, she got her Seoul-style set meal dish ready for the judges."After eating this...it's changed my dialect. I feel like I'm from Seoul now. She captured that well," confessed the judge.The next dish up for tasting was Dweji Gomtang. The chef requested the judge to taste the broth first. He did that. After that, he tasted the rice with broth.Paik Jong-won noted that when he tasted the broth first, it tasted different. Later, with rice, the taste was not the same.
