Food Network's Beat Bobby Flay: Holiday Throwdown Season 4, Episode 6 saw three exciting rounds.

The third round featured Chef Brooke Williamson against Bobby Flay. She chose Chef Claudette as her teammate. With Bobby, Chef Gabe from 24 in 24 participated.

After winning the previous round, Brooke chose the dishes and the teammates. They all worked on their dishes, which the guest judges tasted. Seeing Bobby's team win, once again, Brooke couldn't believe it.

After Chef Brooke Williamson beat Chef Gabe in the previous round, she advanced to Round 3. For that, she would compete against Bobby Flay. Since she won the previous round, she also earned a few benefits. One of them was to assign what her competing team would prepare.

"I'm going to give you three gifts. So, my signature dish is Chateaubriand, potato latkes, and a dessert soufflé. And you have to make all three of those," shared Chef Brooke.

She added that they were all his son's favorite dishes. Along with picking the dishes, another advantage was choosing her teammate. She chose Chef Claudette. As for Bobby, she chose Chef Gabe.

Soon, Beat Bobby Flay: Holiday Throwdown's Sophie set the clock to 45 minutes, and the challenge started. They all ran to grab their approans and ingredients. It was Brooke's fourth time going against Bobby Flay. She confessed to the cameras about her teammate, Chef Claudette.

"Claudette and I are close. We are good friends. Like, I couldn't have asked for a better teammate. Kind of the best of both the worlds," shared Brooke.

Claudette noted that she got to cook with someone whom she loved and hoped to help her win. On the other hand, Bobby shared that Brooke was out for vengeance. That's why she assigned him three dishes.

Beat Bobby Flay: Holiday Throwdown's Brooke recalled making similar dishes against Bobby and thought that hers were better. She noted that the current challenge was a rematch for so many things for her.

Sophie asked her father about his techniques and dishes. Bobby responded that he was doing a study of chili peppers. He told Brooke that he was going to send her back to school.

"Espresso and chili spice Chateaubriand with a smoked chili and mezcal sauce. A potato and black truffle latke with green chili sauce. And then I'm doing a douffle with cinnamon and red chilis," shared Bobby.

He confessed to having a good command over chili peppers. So when he needed a theme for the challenge, he chose that. For his base of soufflé, he had egg whites ready to go.

Later, when Sophie was cheering for Team Brooke along with the audience, Bobby asked for Team Dad's cheers.

"You've won enough," said Sophie Flay.

She asked whether Bobby was fine with the remaining time and finishing all the dishes by then. Beat Bobby Flay: Holiday Throwdown's Bobby said no. Brooke was waiting to beat him as she confessed that her fourth time might be the charm.

To taste their dishes, Sophie invited Yara Herrera, Brian Duffin, and Karen Akunewit. They tasted Bobby and Gabe's dishes first. The judges liked the latke and its flavors.

For Brooke's Chateau, the judges noted that it was cooked the way it was originally intended. The caviar balanced out the salt in the latke. Her soufflé also received applause from the judges.

Bobby and Gabe's team won the challenge. When the judges praised the latke, Sophie asked who made them. It was Gabe. They all cheered for the winning team.
