The title of Bon Appétit, Your Majesty episode 9 reads "Course N° 9 Pressure-Cooked Ogyetang", the dish that claims Ji-young her well-deserved victory. Since the Ming envoy was giving unfair scores, the King ordered that the chefs would rate each other.
However, Chef Kong Wenli refused to taste Ji-young's food due to being an anorexic cook. But Ji-young didn't give up, and she prepared another bowl for the chef and asked him to taste. Surprisingly, Ched Kong Wenli was touched by Ji-young's food as he had been searching for that dish for years.
The last time he tasted such food was when his grandmother was alive. And now, he was finally able to discover that taste again. This way, the Mings gave Ji-young a fair score, resulting in Joseon's victory.
Episode 9 of Bon Appétit, Your Majesty also features sweet moments between King Lee-heon and Ji-young. However, the episode ended with the Queen accusing Ji-young of poisoning the little Prince's food as he fell sick.
