In the recent episode 6, Jesan sent his ally to talk to the Ming envoy who had arrived in Joseon to make a deal that only benefits the Ming. A cooking showdown is around the corner, and Prince Jesan has planned to ensure that his nation loses so that the King can be blamed for the destruction.
