They begin to trick the corrupt CEO of Jae-kyung Hospital into thinking that she was suffering from some life-threatening issue that only Yi-rang, now disguised as Rachel, can save her from. Episode 6 of Confidence Queen will be available to watch on September 21, 2025. It will be broadcast on a new time slot at 10.30 p.m. KST on TV Chosun. For an International audience, the episode will be available on Prime Video.

Confidence Queen Episode 6: Release date news, time, streaming details, and cast

Episode 6 of Confidence Queen will air on Sunday, September 21, 2025. As per the new time slot, it will premiere on TV Chosun at 10:30 p.m. KST. If South Korean viewers miss the broadcast, they can also catch it on Coupang Play.

For viewers outside South Korea, the timings of the premiere of the episode will vary due to different time zones. For example, in the USA, the episode will be available around 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time and 6:30 a.m. Pacific Time.

Further, viewers from the UK and central Europe can catch the episode in the afternoon, around 2:30 p.m. BST and 3:30 p.m. CET, respectively. For Indian viewers, the episode will drop around 7 p.m. IST.

The show is available on Prime Video in most countries other than South Korea. To watch it on Prime Video, you can take the Amazon Prime Membership, which will cost $14.99 per month. Apart from Confidence Queen, you can also watch K-dramas such as Head Over Heels and Good Boy, among numerous others.

What happened in Episode 5 of Confidence Queen?

In Episode 5 of Confidence Queen, the team targeted the corrupt CEO, Lee Seon-mi. After learning that her son, Seong-woo, was a fraud and used a ghost doctor to perform his surgeries, and that due to overworking and exhaustion, the ghost doctor named Gwang-sik had made a mistake in Jae-hee, a young patient's surgery.

However, Seon-mi does not allow Gwang-sik to perform a second surgery on Jae-hee to save her life, which results in Gwang-sik disappearing from the hospital, leaving numerous VIP surgeries lined up in Seong-woo's name. The trio gets to work and dons new disguises. Yi-rang becomes Rachel, a mysterious surgeon, and James appears as Mr. Ju, who is tasked to bring VIP clients to Hospitals.

While Rachel and Gu-ho mix an herb in Seon-mi's drinks, which results in her experiencing a dry cough, Mr. Ju impresses her with a perfume that she likes. As her dry cough increases, she gets herself checked and learns that she has an aortic condition that could be life-threatening if not operated on in time. James hacked into the system and manipulated her real medical reports, which caused this misunderstanding.

Seon-mi learns that Mr. Ju knows Rachel, who once told her that she should get herself checked by the doctor on time, and asks him to take her to meet Rachel. Rachel tells Seon-mi that she does not have time for her surgery, but Seon-mi says she will give her 2.5 million won if she performs the surgery.

The team is happy as Seon-mi falls into their trap. In the upcoming episode of the K-drama, the team will begin the surgery on Seon-mi, but will also encounter some difficulties in keeping up their act of fooling the mother and son.
