Ironheart's first episode, "Take Me Home", introduced the scenario in which Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne) would join a life of crime. She is expelled from MIT and needs money after moving back home. Thus, she joins this gang as the one who takes care of the technical aspects. The gang needs her because Riri's predecessor, Stuart Clarke, failed to perform the required duty of disabling an alarm.
Stuart Clarke/Rampage is played by comedian Eric André, who is seen on screen in the first episode of Ironheart. While his role in the six-episode miniseries is sparse, it is important to note that his character was connected to none other than Frank Castle/The Punisher in the comics. For a while, Rampage helped the Punisher as a tech person. However, it doesn't look like Stuart will meet the Punisher in the MCU, though.
Ironheart's Rampage and Punisher connection explained:
The one thing about Stuart Clark that fans remember is that he worked with Frank Castle during the Civil War event in the comics. Frank, at that time, was supposedly unaware of Stuart's past as a criminal and supervillain. However, both had a falling out soon as Frank learns of Stuart's secret and Ramapage learns that Frank was responsible for his girlfriend's death.
Thus, ever since then, Stuart Clark has tried to kill Frank several times, only to be thwarted every time. However, as stated earlier, how the events of Ironheart play out, it is highly unlikely that Rampage will return in the MCU.
Stuart Clark is killed off in Ironheart:
The first act of "Take Me Home" includes a scene in which Parker and his gang have broken into the home of a wealthy individual. In that scene, the team walks into a room when an alarm is tripped, meaning Stuart, who is responsible for disabling the alarm, failed to take care of it. Thus, Parker Robbins/The Hood tells John (who is also his cousin) to fire Stuart, and he is replaced with Riri.
The last we see of Stuart is in the scene in the first episode where Riri is tested by Parker Robbins and the rest of the gang. After breaking out of the gassed elevator and impressing everyone, Stuart is a bit upset about being replaced. The next time we hear Stuart's name is in the third episode, "We in Danger, Girl", where two police officers inform Riri that Stuart died sometime after the first episode.
John, in the last act of the third episode, reveals that it was he who killed off Stuart as a loose end. He tells Riri this while attacking her for betraying the team and stealing a sample of Parker Robbins' Hood. She manages to escape John's attempts on her life by reuniting with her hi-tech armor and leaving him to suffocate and die.
"Set after the events of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”, Marvel Television’s “Ironheart” pits technology against magic when Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne)—a young, genius inventor determined to make her mark on the world—returns to her hometown of Chicago. Her unique take on building iron suits is brilliant, but in pursuit of her ambitions, she finds herself wrapped up with the mysterious yet charming Parker Robbins aka “The Hood” (Anthony Ramos)."
