Dynamite Kiss cast and character guide: Who plays whom in the popular K-drama

Just like the title of the K-drama "Dynamite Kiss," the story also turned out to be quite interesting and unique. It follows Go Da-rim, a woman who's trying to find a path in her life, while Gong Ji-hyeok is a man who has transformed into a successful consultant, having his own firm.

And when these two very different personalities collide, it becomes something special, just like how dynamite is made. The premiere revealed that Da-rim failed in service exams for five years and is still trying.

Not only this, but her younger sister is also getting married, and she doesn't want Da-rim to attend the ceremony since she's jobless and hasn't achieved anything big in life. However, Da-rim still doesn't give up and happily accepts the reality.

Though she's hurt from inside, Da-rim never shows it. On the other side, Gong Ji-hyeok is living a life full of luxury and has recently been tasked with attracting a popular tech guy. And when he sets out on this new journey, Ji-hyeok meets Da-rim.

1) Jang Ki-yong plays Gong Ji-hyeok

Actor Jong Ki-yong appears as the male lead, Gong Ji-hyeok, who works as a consultant and attracts wealthy clients. He's skilled in his work and has always been able to strike better deals.

However, Ji-hyeok knows nothing when it comes to love until he meets Da-rim. Right after Da-rim accidentally kissed him, he felt a spark and even asked for another kiss. And now, he's desperately searching for her in Seoul, as she left without notice.

Ahn Eun-ji's Go Da-rim has been struggling with unemployment and criticisms from most of the people in her life. Even her younger sister is embarrassed to introduce Da-rim to her in-laws, so she sends her on a trip to Jeju Island, where she meets Ji-hyeok, and their story begins.

3) Kim Mu-jun plays Kim Sun-woo

Kim Mu-jun's Kim Sun-woo is the most loyal friend to Da-rim in Dynamite Kiss. He's the one who agrees to help Da-rim and pretends to be her husband so that she can get a job and hold it for at least six months.
