What happened in Good Boy Episode 9: A quick recap
In Episode 9 of Good Boy, the former Olympic champions continue the fight in the tunnel, as Min Ju-yeong keeps sending hitmen. Dong-ju defeated most of the bikers and ran towards Jong-hyeon, who was battling another smuggler from the criminal network.
At the same time, Man-sik and Jae-Hong ensured to take down the hitmen. However, things take an unexpected turn when Han-na is nowhere to be found. The criminals destroyed all the cameras in the area, making it difficult for the police to track whihc route they took.
Despite being injured, Dong-ju and Jong-hyeon push through the pain to search for Han-na, while Man-sik heads off to find Jae-hong and later rushes to the police station to call for backup. As revealed in Episode 9 of Good Boy, Han-na wasn’t kidnapped. She willingly climbed into the truck, determined to follow them and uncover where they were headed.
Han-na left clues, like her shoes and the vehicle number on her socks, which helped Dong-ju and Jong-hyeon track down the shipyard. But before Han-na could escape, she was attacked by Ju-yeong and locked inside a large shipping container.
However, she managed to grab a hitman's phone and called the emergency helpline. Dong-ju and others arrived at the shipyard yard and Han-na was successfully rescued. But the most shocking moment came when Jong-hyeon took a bullet to protect Han-na, then plunged into the sea.
What to expect from Good Boy Episode 10?
In Episode 9, the task force was attacked during a drug transport mission, creating chaos and serious danger for everyone involved. It ended with a violent ambush, and the aftermath left Jong-hyeon’s fate hanging in the balance.
Good Boy Episode 10 will reveal Jong-hyeon's condition after being shot, as the preview confirmed he survived but is now in critical condition. At the same time, Dong-ju is facing a health crisis, likely due to the punch drunk syndrome, a doctor suspected.
The upcoming episode is expected to feature Han-na learning about Dong-ju's condition. The team is getting stronger despite the injuries as Mn Ju-yeong continues to run his criminal network.
