What happened in Good Boy Episode 15: A quick recap

Episode 15 starts off intensely as Dong-ju gets brutally beaten by Oh Jong-gu in a parking lot fight. Jong-hyeon rushes in to help, only to find Dong-ju knocked out and newly blind (temporarily). Dong-ju begs him to keep the truth from Han-na for now, still processing the shock himself.

Jong-hyeon, understanding the danger of repeated injuries, gets him to the hospital despite pushback. Meanwhile, chaos spreads elsewhere. Commissioner Baek is shot and rushed away, but remains tight-lipped during interrogation. Man-sik tries his best to dig deeper but hits another dead end.

Ju-yeong, far from finished, threatens the mayor and pushes forward with the candy deal, even contacting a Russian associate to make sure nothing slows it down. As Ju-yeong’s reach grows, Dong-ju’s team uncovers that someone from inside has been leaking information.

After setting up surveillance, they identify the mole: an officer linked to several past tragedies. They also learn how Ju-yeong rose to power: by digitizing files and using blackmail material collected during his time in Customs. His web of influence turns out to be far more dangerous than expected.

In the final stretch of Good Boy Episode 15, Dong-ju confronts Jong-gu one last time and wins, but not before Han-na finds out about his failing health. Ju-yeong, desperate to hide his crimes, tries to destroy the evidence but fails.

A fiery explosion ends the episode, wiping out the last batch of candy. As everything unravels, the team knows the fight isn’t over, but Ju-yeong’s world is starting to collapse fast.
