Action, humor, and genuine emotion are all combined in the brand-new South Korean drama Good Boy. In the show, former Olympic champions are given a second chance at life by joining the police department instead of competing in sports.
The K-drama arrived on May 31, 2025, and following a biweekly schedule, it has completed four episodes. Since the show has garnered improved ratings, fans might wonder when to watch the next episode.

The fifth episode of the Korean drama Good Boy is all set to drop on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 10:40 PM KST. What happened in Good Boy Episode 4: A quick recap
Now that Jong-hyun has officially joined the team and Han-na is also back, Man-sik kicks off with the team's first quest. They're still working on the hit-and-run case, and arresting the Customs officer Min Ju-young could make things easier for them.
In Good Boy Episode 4, Man-sik splits the team into two pairs, and Dong-ju clearly hates to see Han-na and Jong-hyun working together. But he doesn't let that happen and pairs up with Jong-hyun, claiming he'd learn from his "sunbae" (senior in English).
While Jong-hyun and Dong-ju worked together in the first mission, the former boxer joined Han-na during their new mission involving a high-end car smuggling ring. The team’s plan is wild as they steal the Police Commissioner’s luxury car to use as bait to lure out the criminal known as Monkey.
The risky move sparks a chaotic chase, but before that, Han-na and Dong-ju had an awkwardly hilarious fake-intimacy moment to save their cover. Later, Monkey escapes, and things take a darker turn when Jong-hyeon is attacked by a knife-wielding man during the pursuit.
In the same episode, it was also revealed that Han-na's father was also in the enforcement and was shot dead. One of the officers at the Insung Police Department gave a few pictures from a crime scene, and mentioned that Han-na's father was possibly killed by the Russian Mafia, whose case he was handling.
The episode builds to a thrilling climax when the team finally discovers the car involved in a deadly hit-and-run case. The suspect, Min Ju-young, tries to flee the country.
However, Dong-ju tracks him down in a dramatic rooftop chase and throws himself onto the moving car to stop him. Injured but determined, he delivers a powerful takedown, earning one of his most heroic moments yet.
What to expect from Good Boy Episode 5?
Good Boy Episode 5 will introduce another bad guy, named Drug Demon. He's the one behind the formulation of the drug candies that Man-sik unknowingly ate in a previous episode, and lost his mind for some time.
At the same time, the team has caught Ju-young, but they also know that someone more sinister and powerful is backing him. So, it's not yet over. The preview of episode 5 also shows Han-na taking care of Dong-ju and realizing that only a few risk their lives to save others.
There's also a blast shown in the clip, suggesting the upcoming episode isn't just going to be dramatic but action-packed as well. Now in sync, this unlikely squad stands united and battle-ready.
