Hazbin Hotel Season 2 release schedule: When do new episodes of the animated series drop?

Hazbin Hotel Season 2 streams its second season in the next three weeks. The second season of the popular Prime Video series will begin streaming its eight-episode run on October 29, 2025. Hazbin Hotel Season 2 release schedule:

It was recently revealed that Hazbin Hotel Season 2 will follow a release strategy very different from the first season. As the upcoming season begins streaming on Prime Video this October, the first two episodes of season 2 are streaming together. After that, two episodes will be released every week until November 19, 2025, when Season 2 concludes its eight-episode run.

What do we know about the second season?

The upcoming second season is set after the events of the season 1 finale, which saw Charlie defeat Heaven's army. Now, Charlie has to grapple with her newfound fame while she has to ward off another battle. The official synopsis for the upcoming season reads:

"Following Charlie’s victory against Heaven’s army, the hotel is booming with new residents. Though, to her dismay, many are not there for the right reasons. As resentment against Heaven brews and sinners realise they can fight back, there are plenty of sinners looking to capitalise on the growing tensions: namely the overlord trio known as ‘The Vees’. Whilst Charlie struggles to maintain the Hotel’s goals and protect her public image, the Vees (led by Vox) make a plan to take over Heaven placing themselves at the top. Meanwhile, in Heaven, the angels must deal with the repercussions of Sir Pentious’s redemption and their own part in the previous atrocities committed against Hell."
