The much-awaited final episode of the fantasy K-drama Head Over Heels is set to drop on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. This marks the twelfth and final chapter of the story, and fans can expect it to go live at 8:50 PM KST on South Korea’s tvN network.
Viewers outside of Korea can catch the episode at the same time on Amazon Prime Video, which will stream it globally with English subtitles available right away. The show has followed a consistent Monday-Tuesday release schedule, with the penultimate episode having aired today.

What happened in Head Over Heels Episode 11: A quick recap
In the penultimate episode of Head Over Heels, Seong-ah is no longer the same. She sacrificed her ordinary life to save Gyeon-woo and decided to stay with Bong-su, due to which the evil deity now resides in her.
However, Seong-ah didn't completely lose control, while on the other side, as she still called Gyeon-woo in a dream and saw him while hiding with Bong-su. But before vanishing, she made sure to give Byeon-u their first kiss and promised to come before the graduation ceremony, but couldn't fulfill it.
Two more years passed, with Gyeon-woo now a national archery champion, who sets out to find Seong-ah in the mountains during the night. While he's back to his life, Gyeon-woo can still see and hear ghosts, as an evil deity once resided in him.
Yeom-hwa and Gyeon-woo tried to find Seong-ah but constantly failed. The shaman told Gyeon-woo that if he sees Seong-ah wearing a white dress in his dream, it means she has died. However, it seems Seong-ah is trying to do her best while suffering due to the evil deity.
By the end of the episode, a woman is seen asking Flower Master to curse Gyeon-woo, and it turns out it's none other than Seong-ah. However, she's not the real Seong-ah but the evil one who is taking control over her.
Flower Master tried to hide her from Gyeon-woo, but he caught her, and she even gave him a kiss. When Gyeon-woo called her Seong-ah, she replied, "I'm obviously not her."
What to expect from the Head Over Heels finale?
The preview of the finale of Head Over Heels reveals that Park Seong-ah's spirit vessel is cracking. This means the evil will soon take full control, and Seong-ah will be gone forever.
However, Gyeon-woo will take her to the shrine, where he and Yeom-hwa will try to find a way to bring Seong-ah back. The clip also features Gyeon-woo and Yeom-hwa in pain, suggesting their lives are also at stake.
