Industry Season 4 Episode 1 cast and characters: Here's who brought the HBO thriller drama to life

HBO's Industry Season 4 aired on the prestige network this weekend, after its acclaimed third season. All the familiar faces return in the season 4 premiere, which aired this Sunday. But we also see the debut of Charlie Heaton's Jim Dycker, who has been described as a financial journalist who is looking into Tender.

The episode even begins with Hayley Clay (Kiernan Shipka) and Jim Dycker on a dance floor. Clay is an employee in Tender, and Dycker is stalking her. The next morning, he informs Clay that he is a journalist and is investigating Tender. This revelation sets up the tone for the rest of the Industry Season 4 premiere.

One of the major protagonists of the series, Harper Stern, has come a long way from the first season, where she was a young graduate, to the fourth season. The third season ended with Harper collaborating with Otto to start a New York fund to short companies. Thus, Industry Season 4 will continue Harper's journey as she tries to make it big.

• Marisa Abela (Yasmin Kara-Hanani)

The secondary protagonist of the HBO series is Yasmin Kara-Hanani, Harper's friend, who hails from a wealthy family. However, her friendship with Harper is severely damaged in the third season, amidst Yasmin's late father's public scandal, for which the press also hounds her. The season 3 finale ends with her choosing to marry Kit Harington's Sir Henry Muck to clean up her PR image.

The season 4 premiere sees Yasmin prepare for her upcoming wedding with Henry, speaking of which:

• Kit Harington (Sir Henry Muck)

Kit Harrington made his debut as Sir Henry Muck in the third season of Industry. Since then, Henry has established himself as one of the HBO series's major players. Born in a wealthy baronet family, Henry is the erratic CEO of the green energy startup Lumi. In this season, Henry and Yasmin's storylines are linked as they are a couple.

• Charlie Heaton (Jim Dycker)

Just a few weeks after the Stranger Things Season 5 finale, Charlie Heaton made his debut with the season 4 premiere as the financial journalist Jim Dycker. Heaton addressed his character in a November 2025 Elle interview as someone who aims to win back his lost reputation.
