Halloween Wars Season 15 Episode 4 aired on October 12, 2025. The latest episode of the show, titled, Halloween Word Games, featured the remaining four teams.
This included Poisonous Perfection, Under Cakers, Oven Coven, and Wicked Skullptors. For the episode, show host Jonathan Bennett, along with the judges Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira, were present. The host revealed the challenge for the episode.

"Each of you will be given a noun, an adverb, and because, this is Halloween Wars, a monster. Take those three words and create the most spine-tingling scene you can imagine. For your tasting element, you'll find a trio of assigned ingredients back at your stations. And you must combine all three," shared the host

The latest Halloween Wars Season 15 Episode 4 featured a recent challenge for the remaining four teams. This included:
- Poisonous Perfection,
- Under Cakers,
- Oven Coven, and
- Wicked Skullptors.
Welcoming the final four teams, the host talked about "blood, guts, and more blood." It noted that "more blood" made it even more fun.
He then shared the details for the upcoming challenge:
"So to amp up the fun even more today, you're gonna put a spooky slant on a popular word game."
For that, Halloween Wars teams would be given a noun, an adverb, and a monster. By combining those three words, the teams should make their designs for the latest challenge.
The host noted that they should come up with the "most spine-tingling" scenes they could imagine.
"In the skill spotlight today, the Pumpkin Carvers. Your assigned monster must be carved entirely out of pumpkin," he added.
The teams were given seven hours to finish the task. The teams were given three word combinations such as Mummy awkwardly cat, Frankenstein cautiously love, Warewolf blood anxious, and more.
Poisonous Perfection's Paulina Stovall shared her team's plan with the cameras:
"We decide to convey the bravely adverb by making our vampire not necessarily enjoying this waxing. He is bravely deciding to sit down and endure the pain of the waxing."
Her team members talked about being in the final four and that they were under a lot of pressure.
Halloween Wars' Wicked Skullptors talked about taking a cat for a walk. They decided to make a mummy with the two cats, and they are scared of a baby dressed in a dog costume. Also, the mummy awkwardly tries to bring them back together.
For Oven Coven, they talked about making a four-foot Frankenstein. Their team's David Smith talked about having a pet with Frankenstein.
"So he's decided to cautiously create his own little fur baby, Sunny, in hopes that it will love him back. And the solar panels will charge up Sunny for Frankenstein."
After finalizing their plans for the design, teams chose their pumpkins and rolled them up to their carving stations.
