The upcoming K-drama, No Tail to Tell, is set to premiere on January 16, 2026. The K-drama will tell the story of a Gumiho (nine-tailed fox) named Eun-ho who loves her eternal youth and is not keen on becoming a human being. However, her life takes a drastic turn when she becomes one.

The K-drama is set to bring Lovely Runner's Kim Hye-yoon and All of Us Are Dead's Lomon together as leads. Along with the popular stars, the upcoming Korean series will also feature several known faces from the industry.

The upcoming K-drama will mainly focus on the story of Eun-ho after she meets soccer player Si-yeol, and how their lives get entangled and change.

The cast and characters of No Tail to Tell are as follows:

1) Kim Hye-yoon as Eun-ho

Kim Hye-yoon's character Eun-ho is the female lead of No Tail to Tell. She is a mythical creature called a Gumiho, and unlike other creatures like her, she is happy to be one and does not want to transform into a human being. However, her life does not go as planned as she transforms into a human being named Kim Ok-soon after an incident. Later, she has to live her life as a human being without avoiding the rules and regulations of being a human.

Hye-yoon has been a part of several popular K-dramas. One of those is Lovely Runner, where she played Im Sol. She also previously appeared in Sky Castle and even won a Baeksang Award for the role.

2) Lomon as Kang Si-yeol

Lomon's character Si-yeol is described as a popular soccer player with a narcissistic attitude. However, his life changes when he meets Eun-ho, a Gumiho, who seems to be breaking one of her rules and ends up becoming a human being.

The South Korean actor became a popular name after appearing in the acclaimed Netflix K-drama All of Us Are Dead, where he plays the character of Lee Su-hyeok. His other projects include other popular K-dramas such as Revenge of Others, Family Matters, and Chinese dramas, Lookism.

3) Hong Soo-hyun as Hong Yeon-su

Hong Soo-hyun's Yeon-su is another important character in the upcoming K-drama. She is Si-yeol's agent and also the one who discovered his talent and introduced him to the world.

Soo-hyeon has previously appeared in K-dramas such as Queen of Mystery 2, My Lovely Journey, Police University, and Our Blooming Youth, among numerous others.

4) Lee Si-woo as Geum-ho

Another important character from No Tail to Tell is Geum-ho, played by Lee Si-woo. Not much about the character has been revealed yet, but Geum-ho is described as a 'mysterious figure' and gets involved in the life of Eun-ho.

The South Korean actress has also been a part of K-dramas such as My Lovely Liar, Money Heist: Korea - Joint Economic Area, and Shooting Stars, among others.
