Culinary Class Wars Season 2 Episode 1 was released on December 16, 2025. The competition introduced 80 Black Spoon chefs along with 18 White Spoon chefs. Soon, the two judges and the first Black Spoon Elimination round were revealed.The announcer then revealed the twist for the first challenge. With that, two Hidden White Spoons were introduced: Choi Kang-rok and Kim Do-yun. They would also participate alongside Black Spoons in the elimination round.However, there was an additional requirement. The announcer revealed that they had to get their dishes evaluated by both judges, instead of just one of them:"In addition to participating in the Black Spoon Elimination Round, the Hidden White Spoons have been given one additional requirement. In order to pass, the hidden White Spoons must have their dishes evaluated by both Paik Jong-won and Anh Sung-jae. Once every seat at the table is filled, the Black Spoon survival match will end abruptly and immediately. At the end of evaluations, should any of the survivors' seat remains empty, any contestant placed on standby will be given another shot at survival."Soon, the cheftestants heard a loud horn.
