What do we know about the second season of Peacemaker?
Season 2 of Peacemaker is set after the events of Superman. Frank Grillo's Rick Flag Sr. is the new director of A.R.G.U.S. He has learned that Christopher Smith/Peacemaker is the man who killed his son. Thus, Flag Sr. is monitoring Christopher in the hope that the latter slips up, and he can use his A.R.G.U.S. resources to punish the Peacemaker as revenge.
Meanwhile, Christopher discovers an alternate universe in which he is respected and loved. He discovers that this universe is everything he ever wished for, and it seems that he steals his alternate universe counterpart's life. It will be up to the other 11th Street Kids to bring Christopher back to the main universe.
As of now, some reporters and influencers were provided screeners for the first five episodes of the second season, while the last three episodes are still a secret. James Gunn hinted at major cameos in those episodes in a chat with Brandon Davis:
