Perfect Match Season 3 finale recap: Final dates followed by a final compatibility challenge

Netflix's Perfect Match Season 3 finale picked up from the last mixer, and participants had to choose their partners for the last time. After his chat with Sandy, JR walked out of the house.

The couples formed were:

  1. Sandy and Louis,
  2. Rachel and Ray,
  3. Madison and Freddie,
  4. AD and Ollie,
  5. Lucy and Daniel.

After Juliette's chats with Scott and Carrington, the two boys talked about her. Then they both walked out of the house. It happened after Carrington told Scott what she had said about Scott.

"Did not expect this from Juliette. Like, that is outright disrespectful. Especially after the good conversation we've just had," confessed Scott.

He and Carrington both left followed by Juliette, alone.

For their final dates, couples were sent on romantic dates. Louis and Sandy were sent on a spa date. Madison and Freddie's date was in an underwater cave. Sandy and Daniel had a beachside date. AD and Ollie's date had various musical instruments, and she said it felt like a "sound bath." Rachel and Ray enjoyed their date in nature.

Further on, the finale, singers who, were eliminated from or had left the show, returned to the house. The list included Scott, Juliette, JR, Alex, Carrington, Clayton, Hannah, Olivia, QT, Cody, and more.

"Tonight, I am for sure excited. Y'all know I love the opportunity to speak my mind, and I'm always gonna call people on their bulls*it," confessed Alex.

Soon, Perfect Match host Nick Lachey arrived and welcomed everyone. He then welcomed the five finalist couples. He mentioned how couples had matched, unmatched, and rematched throughout the show.

"There can only be one winner, and that couple will jet off to a one-week all-expenses-paid vacation where you'll continue to further your connection outside of all this," announced Nick.

Referring to the returning singles, Nick said that they would cast their votes. According to that, one of the finalist couples would be chosen as the winner and as the ultimate Perfect Match.

When Nick asked the singles to "spill the tea," Juliette, Carrington, and Scott got into an argument. They recalled what happened between the three, after which she called Scott a "child" and Carrington "salty."

Rachel and Ray talked about how they got to know each other better, and became a couple. Lucy and Daniel also shared the challenges they faced since day one of being a couple on the show. When Nick asked Madison about her connection with Freddie, she said:

"Saw Freddie, and...game over. He truly is just a green flag. I've said it before, he's, like, written by a woman. He just, like, makes me such a softer, kinder person," shared Madison.

After Ollie and AD shared about their connection, Nick announced the final compatibility challenge.

"It's a little game we like to call Match Point," said the Perfect Match host.

There would be a series of questions that couples would have to answer and, after one unmatched answer, the particular couple would be eliminated from the challenge. Only the top two couples would advance to the voting phase, and a winner would be chosen.

After Nick asked questions, the two finalist couples were:

  1. AD and Ollie,
  2. Lucy and Daniel.

Following the participants' votes, Nick announced Lucy and Daniel as the winners and the Perfect Match for each other.
