Perfect Match Season 3 premiered on August 1, 2025, with its first six episodes. The reality show's episode 3 saw Rachel's arrival as a single. It happened when Freddie was sent on a date with Rachel while Louis' date was with Alex.
Later, when they all arrived at the house, Clayton saw Rachel. The two knew each other from his season of The Bachelor. While he wasn't sure at first, he decided to couple up with Rachel to see how their connection goes.
However, the next day after he won the compatibility challenge with Sandy, they were sent on a date. Since he returned from his date, the Perfect Match star talked about his intuition. As he mentioned that he thought the connection between the two might not work, Rachel got emotional and left the conversation.

Perfect Match Season 3: What happened between Rachel and Clayton in episodes 3 and 4?
The third episode of the Netflix show marked Rachel's arrival in the house. She initially came as Freddie's date, but after Clayton learned that she was the new single, he wanted to see how things were between the two.
Seeing her entering the house, Clayton's reaction was:
"You cannot be serious. Yeah, the last person that I thought would walk in. I almost got married to Rachel on The Bachelor, but found love a few too many times. Three times, to be exact."
Seeing Clayton, Rachel was also surprised and confessed that it was "insane." During their chat, they reflected on the time they spent together.
"I know how badly I can be hurt by you," said Rachel.
However, Perfect Match star Clayton said he believed that everything happens for a reason.
"You're here for a reason. I believe I'm here for a reason. I just- - it's not by accident," said Clayton.
The two had another conversation where they agreed to couple up and "try" how things go between them. The next day, they went through a compatibility challenge, which was a kissing challenge.
With the highest scores, Clayton and Sandy were the winners. As a part of their winnings, the two were sent on a date. Perfect Match Season 3 Episode 4 featured their date.
Clayton talked about how he was open to coupling up with someone else. He also told Sandy about the possibility of having two women in the Boardroom. If that were the case, then:
"I would say I'll put myself on a date," said Clayton.
After Sandy and Clayton returned to the house, he had a conversation with Rachel. He told her that since her arrival, he felt an excitement and wanted to talk and "check in" with her.
"My intuition was telling me that this is not going to work between us, and I don't wanna hurt you. And so..." shared Clayton.
Perfect Match star Sandy got emotional and asked why he put her in such a position. With tears in her eyes, Rachel left the conversation. When fellow female housemates check on her, she said that Clayton "literally did it again."
"This is the third time he's done this to me."
When Madison asked what Clayton said, Rachel replied that he said exactly what he said to her "the other two times" it happened. This did not go well with the two, as Rachel was still emotional and couldn't stop crying.
