What happened in Pro Bono Episode 3?

In Episode 3 of Pro Bono, Kang David gets entangled in another extraordinary case. He is followed by a young boy named Kang-hoon, who is disabled from the waist down. He asks David to take his case, in which he wants to sue God for letting him be born in this condition. David tries to make him understand that he doesn't have a valid case, but the boy keeps coming to their office.

Ultimately, Gi-ppeum and David find an angle and decide to sue the hospital where Kang-hoon's mother gave birth to him. They learned that she was only sixteen when Kang-hon was born, and she did not want to give birth to him, but the hospital forced her to. His mother was not properly taken care of during her pregnancy, and as a result, it affected Kang-Hoon.

While they had a case built and wanted to recover the damages cost from the hospital, the court dismissed their case, citing that, as per the Constitution, all lives are important and have the right to exist. While the case was dismissed, David decided to make another appeal to sue the hospital, which will be shown in Episode 4 of Pro Bono.

As per the teaser of Episode 4, it will be depicted whether David's case against the hospital and its owner will help Kang-hoon win his case or not.

Furthermore, Episode 3 also revealed that his secretary from the previous job might also be involved in orchestrating his downfall.
