Queen Mantis’s Episode 5 will be available to watch on Friday, September 19, 2025. For South Korean viewers, the episode will air on SBS TV at 9:50 p.m. KST. If you miss watching it on SBS, you can later catch it on Wavve.
The episode release time may differ due to different time zones for the international audience. The next episode in the mystery-thriller series will air around 11 a.m. Eastern Time and 8 a.m. Pacific Time. For Indian viewers, the episode will be available around 8:20 p.m. IST, and for the European audience around 4 p.m. GMT.

What happened in Episode 4 of Queen Mantis?
Episode 4 of Queen Mantis was as thrilling as it could get. In the episode, through flashback, we learn who Yi-shin’s third victim was and why she killed him. Yi-shin saw him beating his wife outside their house when Jung-ho stopped him.
He was then shown to force his wife’s head beneath water as she pleaded to him to stop. Later, he is seen dead due to drowning in a public bath. Furthermore, Soo-yeol’s team has also begun to speculate on how he finds the right clues at the right time, which results in Na-hee going to see Gu-wan, who attacks her and escapes from the hospital.
Jung-yeon’s digging into Soo-yeol’s past brings Park Min-jae into their life. After looking into it, Soo-yeol learns that Min-jae had been stalking him and Jung-yeon. He also discovers dioramas of all the murder sites in his hideout, which results in his arrest.
While they question him to find out about his whereabouts during the murders, Soo-yeol is informed by Na-hee about Gu-wan’s escape. At the end of the episode, Yi-shin escapes from her prison house while Gu-wan is killed by a speeding car.
In the next episode, Soo-yeol will find himself in a messier situation, as in the preview, it is hinted that Yi-shin might make a stop at his house and meet Jung-yeon.
