S Line Episode 3 opens with the aftermath of Seon‑a’s rooftop collapse: She has survived, but it is no accident. Hyun‑heup insists she didn’t jump, prompting Detective Ji‑uk to quietly dig deeper into the case. In school, the atmosphere tightens as faculty scramble for cover.

Meanwhile, the mysterious pair of glasses that Seon-a wore was found by a male teacher named Jung-woo at the school. He is shocked to see the red lines above everyone's head except Lee Gyu-jin. Jung-woo then uses the glasses to spy on his brother-in-law.

He found him cheating and even learned that his second wife is pregnant. But the truth is: the glasses don't tell him the full story that Jung-woo's sister is the second woman, not the one he thought.

Later, the language teacher who pushed Seon-a turns up dead, and Ji‑uk suspects foul play and moves the evidence. Then, in the S Line in Episode 4, the focus shifts to Mi‑sung, the shy administrative staff member who aspires to act.

She starts wearing gold‑rimmed glasses too, using them to navigate motel bookings where she practices dialogues in private. Obsessed with the hidden secrets being exposed, she crosses a dark line: Mi-sung ended up killing a man due to her obsession and confusion.

By the end of the episode, Ji‑uk finally tries the glasses himself and sees his head crowded by red lines: A shocking revelation that validates Hyun‑heup’s warnings. He confronts her at a closed pool, and she confirms that each line represents someone’s past s*xual partner and counts.
