What happened in Seducing Drake Palma Episode 1: A quick recap
The first episode of Seducing Drake Palma kicks off with Alys Zyril Perez the female protagonist of the Wattpad novel, rushing towards her best friend, Sheen. The reason? The entire school is talking about Sheen Mendoza and Kei Chui's unexpected breakup.
While Sheen is the captain of the school football team and president of the student council Kei is known for holding the Miss St. Collete High title and being the cheer captain of the school. The students call them a "perfect couple" who are no more together.
When Alys goes to comfort Sheen (her best friend whom she secretly loves) he asks her to help him get back Kei. Aly is hurt to know that Sheen still wants Kei and that he can only be happy when she's back as his girlfriend.
So, he tells Alys to make Drake Palma his boyfriend so that Kei doesn't get the chance to date him and eventually return to Sheen. This way, Alys takes on her new mission: Seducing Drake Palma, only to make Sheen smile again, and hoping to finally confess to him how she feels.
However, Drake is known for breaking hearts and his ice-cold personality. He's mostly seen hanging out all alone in the school. But what's even more mysterious is that Drake manages to get the highest grades in his class, even though he spends most of his time sleeping in class.
The episode also introduces us to Alys' female best friend, Aya Pineda. Much like Alys, Aya also struggles with her studies. The two plan on how to seduce Drake and Aya finally comes up with a plan.
She tells Alys to tell Drake that she's her girlfriend now and then break up in five seconds, just how he does with every girl. This way Alys can tell Sheen that she dated Drake as he wanted.
But things take an unexpected turn when Aya and Alys overhear Kei boldly saying that she’s going to make Drake hers by tomorrow. Now, Alys is once again pushed to try and win him over before Kei can get any closer.
Alyz once again tries to follow Drake, this time, to his house. Drake knew that she was following him and asked her to come out of hiding. When a young woman (whom Alys thought was Drake's live-in partner) asks him who the girl is, Alys replies, "I'm his girlfriend. I'm Alys. Alys Zyril Perez... soon to be Palma. Hello!" and the episode ends on this exciting note.
What to expect from Seducing Drake Palma Episode 2?
In the next episode of Drake Palma, Kei will be seen confronting Sheen. As seen in the preview, Kei tells Sheen to stop stalking her, just when she was about to tell Drake about she she feels about him.
But Alys is also at the scene and quickly tells Kei that Sheen is only there because she’s introducing him to her boyfriend, Drake Palma. Kei can’t help but laugh it off, clearly not buying it, as she's convinced Alys could never actually date someone like Drake.
Alys and Drake get into a silly argument over a cake that Alys made, which Drake ends up ruining. Later on, Alys tells him he needs to pretend to be her boyfriend in front of Sheen and Kei, insisting she doesn’t actually have any feelings for him. Drake brushes it off, tells her to keep dreaming, and even calls her "ugly."
