What happened in Sheriff Country episode 2: A quick recap

Sheriff Country episode 2 begins right after Skye comes back home, only to reveal that Brandon (her boyfriend) has been killed. Since Skye didn't immediately inform 911 after finding out the body, with blood on her hands, she becomes a suspect in the case. Her grandfather wanted Skye to flee, and Mickey didn't let that happen.

The next day, a new kidnapping case emerges, and it's related to drug dealers. These people take away innocent citizens and force them to work on illegal farms in the remote Deadwater area. The team learns about the abduction of three boys, and when one of them escaped, he helped the police find the other two boys.

Mickey and Cassidy arrived at the place, and it turns out that the abandoned Christmas Tree farm has been turned into a drug lab. The two missing boys were kept at the same place, and while Mickey was able to rescue them, one of the culprits died in the process.
