Slow Horses Season 5, Episode 3, titled Tall Tales, will be available to watch next Wednesday, on October 8, 2025. In the US, the episode will premiere at 3 a.m. Eastern Time and at midnight Pacific Time.

For other regions, such as the U.K. and Central Europe, the episode will be released around 8 a.m. BST and 9 a.m. CET, respectively. Indian viewers can watch the episode around 12:30 p.m. IST.

The British spy thriller is exclusively available to watch on Apple TV+. The subscription rate in the US is $12.99 per month, with new users also getting a 7-day free trial. The subscription rates differ depending on the country the viewers reside in, and can be signed up for accordingly.

Slow Horses Season 5 stars Gary Oldman as the head of Slough House, Jackson Lamb, and brings back all of his agents of Slough House, played by Jack Lowden, Christopher Chung, Aimee-Ffion Edwards, and Tom Brooke. Kristin Scott Thomas is back as Diana Taverner, with Nick Mohammed, Victoria Hamilton, and Christopher Villiers joining this season.

What happened in Episode 2 of Slow Horses Season 5?

In Episode 2 of Slow Horses Season 5, Shirley's suspicion about Roddy's life in danger was proven right when he was attacked in his own home. Lamb, who was already in his house, saved him from his attacker, who happened to be the same man who killed Rob Trew in the premiere episode.

Furthermore, the Slow Horses also learned that Roddy's new girlfriend, Tara, might be linked to the terrorist group, which puts him in a messy situation, as everyone, including the other MI5 agents, suspects Roddy of sharing some confidential intel with the criminals. Due to this, he is arrested by Diana, who also later detains the whole Slough House.

In the episode, Diana is visited by former conservative politician Peter Judd. He tells her that the weapon used in the Abbotsfield mass shooting was from his private weapons company. It was among several other weapons stolen from them during a weapons fair. He asks Diana to hide this information from the public in exchange for sharing the list of names of all the misplaced weapons.

Furthermore, the terrorist group has begun to wreak havoc in London by making a deal with a climate activist group and giving them something to mix with the petrol, which results in the blowing up of the vehicles that use the petrol. In the next episode, Lamb and his team might try to look into the connections and motives behind the several attacks happening in London.
