The recently released Special Forces: World's Toughest Test Season 4 Episode 5 featured two contestants going home. It happened at the beginning of the episode after the DS called out the participants.
When everyone faced the question, whether they wanted to leave, Nick Young came forward. After he ripped off his armband and left, another contestant came forward, Ravi Patel. The two self-eliminated themselves before moving forward in the show.

Special Forces: World's Toughest Test Season 4 Episode 5: Nick Young and Ravi Patel decide to leave
The latest episode started with DS Rudy Reyes calling out the recruits and making an announcement. It was about whether anyone wanted to leave, they could.
"Ask yourselves, do you really want to be here? Because you're going to push yourselves far beyond any place you've ever been. Athletics, showbiz, all of that, that's kindergarten. Compared to the pressure and the responsibilities of the Special Forces," announced DS Rudy Reyes.
He added that if anyone had any doubts, they could leave. He also noted that anyone who was not there to train at 100%, then they could leave.
Listening to DS Rudy Reyes, Nick Young took off his armband. Mark 'Billy' Billingham asked him why he took off his armband. After he asked the question twice, he asked Nick if he wanted to go home. Nick said yes.
Billy told Nick to share his decision with the DS and then told him to leave.
"Off the square. Move. Get off," said Mark Billingham.
Once again, Special Forces: World's Toughest Test participants were asked the same question. If there was anyone else who wanted to leave, it was the time. Everyone stayed silent. Soon, Ravi Patel came forward and gave the DS his armband.
Mark Billingham told him to do the same as Nick. The two left the course before going through any of the tasks featured in the latest episode.

Brittany Cartwright chose to leave voluntarily on the first day. The second episode featured Teresa Giudice quitting. Eva Marcille was removed because of a medical emergency in the same episode.
The third episode of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test Season 4, featured Jussie Smollett going home. It was after he was medically withdrawn. Fox show's episode 4 featured Johnny Manziel quitting. Now, Nick Young and Ravi Patel have also joined them they decided to self-eliminate themselves.
Further, in the latest episode, there were no other eliminations. The remaining participants went through two tasks. The first one was to get themselves away from their captive along with their equipment. For that, they were divided into different teams.
Later in the episode, fans witnessed another challenge. Contestants had to backward dive into the water, at the same time, while in sync with each other. After a few failed pairs, some of them got it right.
